I wonder what series he race in these days. He appears to have left ORSCA and the only time I hear of him making any passes seem to be in the northeast

I'm pretty sure he runs a Corvette now and the Mustang has been sold.

Always liked Lynch when he was Ford powered. He did some amazing stuff on 10.5's.

The last 4 passes that I've seen him make he has wrecked something. Sometimes minor, sometimes not.

The new car is bad ass though. With all of the advancements in engines that Dillard and Lynch have made in the last couple of years, I am pretty happy that they have not gone all Chevy and have just developed their own engine program.

I saw a video recently of the guys that bought it. Steve Petty was helping them and if I remember right it ran in the 6.40s at a test n tune.

I understand that. I was just glad it was still in a Ford car.

Steve Petty works for Dillard so it seems right he would tune their cars.

One other thing I thought it was funny was that his car is running an ATI powerglide according to most internet sources when I know for a fact that they are running a Rossler 3-speed. I think they still run an ATI converter though.

I like how they're playing up the BBC garbage, saying all Lynch had available for a Ford head was the C-Heads and they're as good as it gets. Shocked Shocked
Must not have heard of Blue Thunder Thor's, or even the Profilers. Unless I'm mistaken, aren't these 2 heads better tha the C's? I hope they do put his new Chevy engine in a "Queervette", then I can dislike him all together. Wink

Doug... Cool

He is a bad man, he ran more ford combo's than most of us can dream of, there 449 small blocks were sick. The big block ford stuff was amazing they only switched over the last year, you go on there web site and they even claim prove to us what brand it is , no oil pan, intake , exhaust or anything fits it from either make they call it a proline engine. So i think in a politicaly correct way they are even saying its not a chevy engine at this point.
