Yeah, my first impression was "why the hell are they using cement blocks to support that engine" (classy operation - that's where I would want my engine dyno'd). But when I went for a second look, I realized that they're cast iron "stacker blocks" that are bolted together, many larger machine shops use these for setting up large peices for machining. BTW that was one nasty blow up!

There's your problem. Also, that will just buff right out. That makes me not want to dyno my engine.

That doesn't appear to be concrete, looks like some heavy duty mounts.

I had a dozer do that before! I was clearing around a old homesite and knocked the top out of a inground butane tank. It had been there about 25 years. Amazing it still had gas in it after all those years. It started sucking gas in the breather. It was screaming when it came unglued!!
