Jim's Little 460 AND 2000 RANGER

OK got the vids up finally my photobucket is slow on uploading vids the first one was at the end of the 2nd run. The motor has 35mins run time out ,I bought $4.00 the 1st time at $2.86 a gal for 93ot ran the 1st 15 mins 2000 rpms shute it down and let it cool down. In the 2nd 15 mins at 1500rpms run it ran out of gas about 5 mins in bought $5.00 this time and ran for another 15 mins and have about 3/4 gal left so she loves gas.Checked the headers with my infer red throm all the tubes was with in 5* so I now all the cyclinders are running about the same temp.It would get up to about 190* at about 15 mins.I had alittle blow by the 1st run but on the 2nd run it was almost all gone I do not have any evac on it right now never put the pipe in the header for the evac blub. I think it would handle alittle bigger carb it has a 850bp on it now.On the last vid it ran outy of gas again the hose wasn't down in the gas far enough.Ok heres the vids everytime I paused it it gave me a black pic so I made it 3 different vids.

here is a few pics of mock up on the rearend got to cut a horse shoe out of the middle of the tube for the drive shaft and add some 1/4''x2'' flat bar up the side of the tubing to the top of frameto cap it off and help tie it in ,will be adding to the front of it to the frame with a gusset and adding another tube under the top of the frame for the top of the bracket and add the tube for the shocks

Should have the rearend ready to go get the ends welded back on Friday or Monday if I can get everything mocked up and tacked in place on the chassis this week, It will go Friday but if I have to work late this week it will be Monday.last week they were talking like we are going to 10 hour days this week.But thats ok I need the OT need some more parts.Rick got the 3rd member ready to build glad I got the new bearing kit the ones that was in it was junk.

got the front cxm for it welded up changed it alittle lowered it 1 1/2'' for clearance on the drive shaft made a drive shaft loom in it.

Got the crossmember and 4-link bracket spot weld in place going tuesday to carry the rearend to the machine shop to have the end welded on going to order my axles this week
