I contacted this guy and got the following information, just too far for me.
Reciept from machine shop shows;
D3
cam bearings
dowel pin
brass FP kit
oil filter adapt
cam thrust plate

clean, mag, bore and hone to .060, line hone, deck, installed freeze plugs and cam bearings
$500/ willing to travel some distance. Located in East of Indy
