Good stock style ign coil replacement?
When we were starting our 77 Lincoln Mark V last night we had some no start/no spark issues.
I found the "snap over" connector on the factory coil was pretty corrodid. (If I wiggled it around it would start
Is there a better coil that would fit in the stock location but has screw on terminals?
I thought it might be better to just cut off the factory connector and solder on new eye ends.
The motor is a very mild 9.5:1 460.

Thanks!
I did find a replacement pigtail connector at autozone and can have it tomorrow.

That will be good enough to get it going, then I've got time to think about what coil I want to use.

I have one, I think it was msd, it comes black and looks stock. Got it from jegs. I just peeled the msd sticker off of it.

I have an MSD coil that fits the OEM horseshoe connector. No issues with it. Blaster 2F I think.
