Hey guys I've been browsing on 460ford and came over here as well. I have a 88 Mustang GT and a 460. I am in the process of smoothing the engine bay then I'm going for the swap. Any advise or tips will be appreciated. I am also taking pictures so I will get a buildup thread going!

Things I have
Swap motor mounts
Swap oil pan

Things I need
Headers
Small flat tappet camshaft
Maybe a cheap converter
etc.

If you have any parts for sale let me know

My brother has a Fox w/BBF. And one of the things we found w/headers was the Hooker Comp/plus is a real nitemare ,especially w/engine mounts. The Kooks, and the D&D seem to be not so bad. Getting the stock OEM susp. off and a aftermarket ones is always lighter and alot easier to work with. Doing away w/the side mounts and going w/front engine plate make life alot easier also. Lots of guy's on here run BB's in Fox body's so there's lots of good idea's. This is the Friendliest and most helpful bunch of guy's in the world right here, and if we can be of any help just ask. Engine plates make header removal MUCH easier. Last Friday we had the headers, and the trans out of my car in 1.5 hours!

Its a C-6 and I'd like to get around a 3,000 stall depending on which camshaft I select.

This is a budget project so the converter is one of the last things I will be buying.
