what kind of 60' times are achieved in a fox body ride with 10.5 tires ?? naturally aspirated

All of the NMRA H/S, P/S, and F/S guys are N/A 10.5 tire cars so that should give you a pretty good idea of whats possible.

3200 lbs with a 3055s i went a best of a 1.31 with the set of 3062 i went 1.30 n/a , which to me it doesnt make any sense i thought with the taller slick i would lose some in the 60' department

the taller the tire the bigger the contact patch. = better hook

@ 3340 #,s i go 1.26 stock style suspension n/a on hoosier 10.5 not W,s and its a street car cheers and its a 3 speed stock th-400

That Question really can't be answered correctly w/o knowing,HP,Tranny(c4/c6/2 speed glide),and rear gear ratio. A low geared 3 3peed will usually out short time a glide.
