Anyone have experience with the Transmission Specialties Proline 2500 powerglide? Price vs specs look pretty good to me?

^^^^^^^^^ This................I have one of Steve's powerglides, its been in the car over 3 years and I haven't had to touch it. Has been flawless to say the least.

That unit you listed looks to be on par with mine, money looks about right too...........

Build your own the Glide is one of the easiest trans to build. This way you know what you have and how it is setup....

Bruno their are 75 pieces in a race glide unless you use a 10 clutch drum. get you a book from JW it was written by TSR and it shows you the way to do it.....

Besides you need to know whats going on inside your trans anyway....

Glides are easy IF you pay attention and keep stuff clean. That price is pretty good but it's funny that when I was selling a glide on here a few months back that it was "over priced" but had much more stuff in it for the same price.

So if I would have sold it under my business name I wouldn't have had people question me? I was really trying to help the BBF nation out by putting it on here in the first place.
