Drag tire tech

I just installed tubes in tires with screws i got 32 total in both rims .is that enough?
10in.tire running 1.44 60fts before.tubes and.screws. Hooiser PQT 27x11.50x15
Should i double up on screws

if i decide to go radail tire next tims.do i run the tubes?if.not.wouldnt the air seep oit pf them ?

Bump will they lose air with out tubes with no.screw or do I need to screw the street radails too.and use tubes don't know help
