Where do ya get that front cover with the dizzy?

The front cover is an original AR piece. I believe that you can still get something similar from Carroll Carter

That is one amazing looking machine, and I love those wheels   . I am curious about one thing, the firewall and stock frame rails not being powder-coated. Are you planning a different color there?

^^^ I might go black on the firewall, but the reason that it and the frame rails weren't powdercoated when everything else was is because I still need to finish filling holes and prepping it.

If you're looking for ideas on saving every bit of weight you can, here's one I plan on for a future project, if I live that long    . With the help of an Engineer friend at work we came up with this for a Mid Plate. It's designed basically like the bulkheads are on our G550 aircraft. It's not the final design, but it's light and just as strong as a solid plate. The webbing in the machined pockets is only 1/8" thick.
