6.70-6.8 rods

I am building a 557 nitrous motor and wondering which rod would be better for nitrous, the 6.8 or 6.7...
Also should i go with h-beam or lightend I-beams..

How much NO2? how much power you wanting and what block?
Go with the longer Rods if you don't alredy have them, but honestly either will work fine, not enough difference to worry about.
