If the bottom end only needs Rings and Bearings thats probably a great way to go for the $$.

IMO induction and Exhaust are where you will also get a big return on the $$ Spent.

I talked to the owner yesterday...he's real happy with it. 9-12 mpg he said. He also said it runs nice and cool...stock radiator and FRPP aluminium water pump.

Thanks Lem for the update, 9-12 mpg is the same as my 466 in 76 150 crue cab got with 3:25 rear. so Id say thats good mil.
