When I learned of the Chuck Norris additive, I just had to call my buddy that works at the VP Fuel plant in Terre Haute IN. I wanted to find out how they got that much ball sweat.
Nick was not clear on the nut juice, but gave me a Drag Racer Hotline that any of us can call to get the lowdown on any VP product. 812-878-2025
Maybe it will be helpful.

I know that this is going to sound silly but it seems that VP doesn't know everything they should about their products. They will tell you until they are blue in the barrel that Q16 doesn't work real well on nitrous applications and will recommend C23 or NO2 over it. Funny thing is, given equally accurate tune ups, the Q16 always makes more power, in both real world apps as well as on the dyno. I'm not bashing VP but it seems strange that they would not provide real world data sets. I for one will continue to use it until something significantly better comes along

size and decrease the high speed air bleeds.

Changing the size of an air bleed also changes the shape of the fuel curve in that system of the carburetor which also will effect the other carburetor systems; not simply how rich or lean it is.

Yep AND, VP113 is a few cents less than 50 bucks for a 5 gallon container.
If you want that 1 to 2 % horsepower increase of the Q16 over VP113, then you gotta pay for it

I have the same issue with the Sonoco Maximal. I end up having to clean out everything from the tank to the carb so it doesn't leave this nasty residue.
