466 BUILD 550HP

This is an old build,ill see if the sheets are around, it was parted out,and sold.maybe the info will help some of you.
4150 carb ( pro systems)
DOVE HEAD
comp roller
steel rods
cast intake (iron)
cast ehx manifolds (iron)
belt driven waterpump
was dynoed thru the mufflers,tail pipes went to the axle. lots of welding,and grinding on the intake,started with a cj.we used scj manifolds
I'll try to rem more later

this had about 13.5 to 1, roller was 290 /310 .670 lift, it liked 7200 /7400 rpm
ran c14 fuel 4150 carb

Pretty darn good considering a cast in and out engine with full exhaust.

at the time it was very good, and it could ,and did drive all over

NOW ... that's the kind of engine I'm used to and can really identify with, a drag racer with class type rules.

it was kinda tuff doing the cast intake,and manifolds,went thru some bits,lol the next year we pick it up some again
