valve springs! Empty valve springs!

i have a reed solid roller cam and i need some good valve springs for my a429 heads!
the lift on it is .702ex .721int dur@50 in.269 ex274 seat pressure 200-220 open pressure 600-620
running dur 303ex 310.0 int lobe centers @ 110.0. who makes a good spring for my cam? lem or anybody with this kind of no how step in! Laughing Laughing

What installed height ...?
What diameter spring ... ?
Steel or Titanium retainers ...?
