dry sump/ vac pump

OK guys ive never ran a dry sump or a vac pump but I'm wanting to put both on the new motor what should I put on it? I've been doing a lot of research and I'm starting to get confused...lol how many stages do I need on pump? Do I put 3 vane or 4 vane vac pump? Thanks guys..

some dont need a vac pump, I have a few different engines that pull 15 plus without one

johnson,peterson,moroso,all make good pump,we use all 3, and have dynoed with all of them. I like peterson myself, their tank is one of the best because it doesnt foam the oil like some do

What is your ring package like? Engine size?

It has total seal rings. 632 w/ Thor heads 16.5 to1 comp.

Axial height and radial width?
