I just got my 429 back from the machine shop. It now has a 460 crank and I have installed the cam and timing chain. Before I go any farther, should I use the oil slinger or not? Very Happy

I have run with and without noprobs either way. Sometimes I have noticed with a roller chain that the rivets rub on the flinger a bit. comes out all shiny like for the next rebuild.
