yep the last 2 remedies usually works for me , plus i usually eat 3-4 bananas a day till its gone

feel much better today .... sat my azz on the couch all day yesterday ..... drank lots of fluids and fruits ..... should be gone by wednesday

my first official day off ....with me and my gout

i guess this starts my lifestyle change again , after this episode goes away my doctor has me on this once a day pill to keep the gout away

Mine went away when I started taking BP medicine again. Helped with my hip joints too, guess I wasn't getting enough blood flow. You would think that a BP of 220/160 would flow like hell, guess not!

This stuff must be in the air because, I've got it too but, my 'ol lady has been out of town for a few days and I've been burning the candle at both ends...I had it coming to me I guess. Man that shit hurts....

yep i have had gout in my right foot this week also.i have had meds to get me through it other wise i would have been out of work.just when my old work boots were getting comfertable water started getting in from the holes in the bottom.so i had to buy new boots and start over.

something i have found out is when your feet start to hurt take 2 tylenol or what ever you have.this seems to head it off for me so i dont have to take the hard meds so often.also eat a few cherrys once a week when you can get them fresh.

well this shit aint working this time , as soon as Julia wakes up im going to the er , this is the worst episode so far

well its back ......... this time in the left elbow .... hand several tests today , blood work and a good ole shot in the azz , will find out friday if i need to start dialysis......
