I guess i will tell my " GOUT" story NOW. There was something good that came out of me now having gout. First the story, It was the night before the big ford swap meet in Ohio. I was to meet Harold and all the guys down there. About 9pm that Thursday night my toe got stiff, then real stiff. By 1:00am I thought I broke my toe but just couldn't remember how or when.

BY 5am Friday morning I was in the emergency room in so much pain my vision was getting blurry. All kind of stuff was going thru my mind as to what was going on with my toe!! I was for sure I was bitten by a freaking king cobra or something. Doctor came in and took one look at it and said "that's a classic case of gout!! Then they took some blood for a test and that confirmed it, my broke azz got the rich man's disease.

Here's the good that came out of it. Doctor ask me "what do you eat the most"? I say hot dogs, two EVERYDAY AFTER WORK. She say's cut them out for a while and let's see if that helps. I have been having headaches for as long as i can remember. I take Excedrin's like kids eat candy. Bottom line, when i stopped eating them hots dog I stop having headaches also. I have not had one headache since April 4

I have since found out that hot dogs are very high in Nitrates and that was causing my headaches, 30 plus years, countless doctors and all i had to do was stop eating hot dogs. As for the gout, it was a blessing in a pain filled night! I drink my cherry juice everyday, eat a lot of fruit AND so far it's working.

The doctor gave me INDOMETHACIN but after reading up on other natural cures I stop taking them the next day.
