The file fit rings are + .005" so you can use them in a 4.442", 4.443", etc. bore.....just gotta have a piston make.

Stock production bore size for a Chevrolet 502 is 4.466" and there are 1/16" x 1/16" x 3/16" rings available; thinner ring sizes, I don't think so.

Yep, the ring selection at the 4.466-4.470" bores is very limited.

Ring packs for a 4.44X" and 4.46X" bore are readily available, although the 4.46X can get expensive (not a big deal if you need just a single set for a long-life engine).

Pistons can be made in any size; the shop recently had an engine with a slightly worn 4.625" bore, was power honed to 4.632", had pistons made for a 4.632" bore, and then used 4.625" +0.005" rings...ain't no thang.
