Trickflow intake efi conversion
Trickflow intake efi conversion
I was just wondering if anyone has modified the trickflow intake for an efi conversion? They have extra material for fuel injectors but I was wondering if it is enough to drill the fuel injector hole out using a injector port drill. I have a Vic jr now that I was going to convert using bungs but I am weighing the options of just buy a TFS intake, sell my vic jr intake to offset some of the cost and be better ahead in the long run.
ps. I am referring to the track heat intake with a 4150 flange not the A intake.

IMO it would be best to drill them out and add the weld in bungs.

What ever you do, you need to make sure the plume is in the right position. Height and direction.

If I am still in Ohio this summer I might bring my 56 up for the summer like I did with my tbucket last year. I could stop by then but the only problem is I want to be done the efi before that time. lol.
I have the floors all cut up at the moment so I need to get that done Monday when I get home. The interior gets done next week hopefully. Then I need to take a break on it. I have been going through money faster than Hobbs goes through dollar bills at a strip club.

I need to order injectors , a sfi flexplate, a waterpump, a new balancer and probably a crank trigger wheel at the same time so I can make sure it will all work together. Then just a simple engine swap (as if that ever happens). I was hoping to have that done before the end of May when my daughter gets married.

Maybe if you could find some time off we could come for a roadtrip in the new roadster. The trunk is big enough for an intake manifold.
