I finally broke down and bought a zero turn. Had a hard time justifying the cost of it for the longest time but took the plunge a couple weeks ago. My mowing time went from 3+ hours to less than 2 so you gotta figure what is your time worth.

i didn't get a big commercial one. Mine is a Cub Cadet 54". The riding mower I was using was also a 54" but the speed is just soooooo much faster. especially in your case of long straight lines. Mine will mow at a jogging pace almost when you get on some flat ground. If there is a TSC in your area they are on sale right now btw.

I had a friend a few years back that's boy was aggrevating him for a dirt bike. He told him to go play on the BobCat for awhile. Today his son is a big time Construction contractor. Wise move. Very Happy

Man I wish I had that much property...... i can't start my car without having to worry about pissing off the neighbors. I would much rather live in a wide open space like that if I could.

Mow a lot of grass OR, you could turn a lot of it into hay fields. You would make a lot of farmers happy and make money on the side cheers . Great looking investment Smile .
