I was reading somewhere that natural aluminum fittings are not compatible with alcohol, and was wondering what type of fuel cell to use. Do you guys use a plastic cell or one with a rubber bladder?

I used a plastic tank for mine, mounted up high in front of the engine to gravity feed the mechanical fuel pump. I never had a problem with the aluminum fittings as long as you flushed the system out at the end of the year, and kept it wet for the weeks during racing season.
