If it is "Private Property" then you can NOT legally carry ANY gun if the OWNER says no. THEY have the right to make the rules for being on THEIR property as long as it is posted for everyone to read.

I understand that. I guess I didn't word it correctly.

If you felt the need to carry a gun in that track then you would have to do it illegally. Sorry.

Since the open carry law went into effect here , I've seen maybe 3 people exercising the right to do so.

I here so many law enforcement against open carry
saying its showing off and saying hey look at me!
Well here is my question.Why do law enforcement open carry?

   

They do so to deter crime and because they decided its the best way to defend.
