1250 holley

Is 1250cfm carb too much for 545 ci ? Drag race, 4900 stall, 4.10 gear 6500 - 6800 rpm. Holley site says ok, but seems "big" to me.

sweet. Does altitude influence carb cfm choice? 4300 ft elevation here, 12 -13 % less oxygen in the air.

I'm running a 1250 on my 13:1 552ci @ 5000'elev. DA is typically 8000'. Works well here.
