They also said that the NYC police commisioner told the press that no charges will be filed against the driver of the SUV...

After researching this and watching as much vedio as I could find, I would say the SUV driver was too nice. The tittle expains what he should have done. Most bike clubs don't act like this. It's like the Jap junkers streetracing, screwing it up for the old school guys who did it out of town so pedestians would not get hurt. The old school outlaw bikers where opposite of the car guys, ie rape pillage and burn, Now their so old they just want to ride too.
