New Build P51 552'' in the works

Well my buddy Billy decided he wanted to go faster than 10.59 next season which was his best time outta the iron head 472'' I built for him. I always wanted to see what it could've done with the converter custom stalled and some different carbs and jetting but we left it alone as it was a good bracket combo. So a few weeks ago he plunked down the cash and I ordered him a set of P51's from Kaase and a  552 stroker kit from Cars by Carl which consist of a 4340 lunati crank ,4340 lunati H beam rods with the 2000 bolts and probe flat tops with the one valve relief for scj/p51 heads and the bearing /ring package. The twist here is, unlike most of these combos is that he's going with a solid flat tappet cam vs. a roller. The cam is a custom grind from BF Evans Ford as well as the remaining pieces to get this together. He said he wanted to run in the 9's next season, well I think this will fit his needs  Its going into his same 92 mustang which will be 2750 lbs with driver on a 28x10.5 slick.

Were putting the mafia intake on it , and looking for a 1250 carb (darn you Coug) beat me to it  but anyway my buddys gonna have his hands full I think.
