Hey guys, I'm nickbay, nickname Nick, I have a 67 mustang with a 460 from a 77 van.
I've ran 12.019 with it and hope to run 11's with the same motor. It's nothing special, in fact just the opposite but it just keeps running. Some day I'll put a real performance engine in it with real compression and a real cam. It's a fun car to drive. In the beginning it would spin you in a circle at 50 mph when you nailed it, now with lots of suspension tuning it just picks up and goes.

Welcom Nick, er, Myron!!

That Mustang sounds like fun!! Writing your name on the pavement with rubber is a blast!!

Did you cut the towers?

Yes I did notch the towers, makes sparkplug changes and header install a breeze. Actually, everything on this car is easy to work on. Getting the engine in and out with the trans on is a bit of a pain, but once in there seems to be room for everything.
My trans tunnel is moved back a bit also, but wasn't really necessary.
