New aluminum wheel polish/sealant?

I just bought a new set of rear wheels for my car and I would like to apply some type of sealant to help protect them if possible. Does anyone have a product they recommend for this? Thanks

I have been using Busch products for a long time. They service the trucking industry and have not only polishing products, but all tools and compounds needed for all metal polishing.
A great family owned American company.
I polished the upper rail on my trailer and used Busch products on it 8 years ago. It still looks fine.
