billet cranks
hi im looking at getting a billet crank made for my 572 pro charged engine i was talking to a guy who says i should get it made with center counter weights on the center thrust bearing i was told it will help with the big rpm 8800 and stop the crank from flexing...as i have had trouble with the crank thats in it anyone got any thoughts on this?...i want to turn the power up its around 1800 HP now............thanks

I don't know that it will "stop" the flexing but it ought to reduce and/or change the dynamic of the situation.
If you're investing in a billet crankshaft in an attempt to reduce crankshaft flexing then you might also consider having it made with Chrysler rod journals while you're at it.
