Just ordered a Bullet Cam for my 429. I had them drill the end to 7/16x20 instead of the original 3/8 bolt.

Arp doesn't have that bolt size. Any suggestions of where to get one?

You can buy bolts in various lengths and sizes from ARP in 5 packs. I bought the part number 743-1500. I also used a sbc crank bolt washer. Double and triple check that the non threaded shank isn't hitting the threads before you get maximum clamping.

The washer is just as important as the bolt (thick and hardened). I use a grade 8 socket head cap screw and lock tight.

Grade 8 bolt or ARP 8740 rod bolt and a Chevy Small Block crank bolt washer works well.

ARP makes and offers about 20 different rod bolt cap screws which are that size.
