Wideband 02

Been too "Old school" for too long... looking for insight on Wideband o2 meters/gauges for more precise tuning. I would prefer a constant reading in the car, the ability for data logging, and cost should be reasonable based on expansion; example if the o2 is $700 and a racepak setup includes the o2 monitoring for $1400 as well as the triggers for progressive N2o etc. then the cost is not justified. The setup is for carb/N20 no EFI. What are you guys using, likes/dislikes, brands and recommendations welcomed and appreciated.

For around $2000-$2500 depending on options I can set you up with complete data logging for the entire car, nitrous progressive and all the features of msd grid box.

Just so everyone knows what I replied.

I told him the features of the FuelTech EFI system that we usually install on efi cars here but lately I've had guys want the system installed without fuel control so they can keep the cost down. Here is a short list of features that this gives a carb guy.

Data logger
Progressive nitrous
More ignition control than the grid
ability to run any ignition or replace ignition and run CNP directly
can remove all gauges as the system has a display
traction control
shifter control
boost controller for the boost guys
bump box
full street car controls for the newer cars such as drive by wire.
and more...

easily changed to full efi later.
