had a set of after market 28 spline axles made about 4 years ago and pulled them today since i'm going to 35 or 40 spline axles and i'll be damned that i twisted a hardened axle and didn't even take it down the strip with the 557, i did take it down the strip with my 390 though, just did some random goofing off on the street with the 557 Mad

got to love torque

Rick I asure you that 390 didn't do the twisting...... these things are torque monsters

Ive twisted or broke a bunch of 30sp Dana 60 rear shafts - both stock and alloy.
