429 Build Suggestions?

Hello all, just curious on what to do. I have a 429 block that's bored .20 over, DO0E-R heads. Needing advice on what cams and carb to go with? suggestions? My grandpa has a 650 he will give me, my uncle has a 750 demon i can buy, and i'm also interested in the efi terminator. It'll be driven frequently on and off road. I live on a farm so i'll be doing some hauling. I'd like to get 400-500 hp. Is that realistic with what i have so far?

It may get 400 to 500 lb/ft of torque but, probably not reach that Kind of horsepower with an every day usage type of build.
