recomendation for engine builder

I live in Reno NV and I am preparing to begin my engine project for my 71 Torino.
Any suggestions for engine builders in NV or Northern Ca?
I dont mind driving (and paying the price) to get a top notch Ford guy doing the build.
I am thinking about a DIVE block 557 stroker with Kaase heads 700 -750 build with a C6.

If Paul Kane can't do it ... I am sure he knows someone in that area who can.
