I have restarted my project I’ll be reading the forum again!
About 10 years ago I had a 545 built, then I ran out of money, met a girl etc etc. well last year I couldn’t help myself and put a 429 in my 67 f100. That got my juices flowing and I’m now in the middle of putting a 460 into my 65 meteor rideau, neither one is all that nice, but one will eventually get the 545. First the vehicle needs to be brought up to par, and then I’m sure the engine will need to be looked over after 10 years in storage.

When I put that 460 in I used a pickup truck oil pan. That forced me to put it in too far forward. Well last week I removed the 460 and put my long dormant 545 into it. It’s far from done right but it’s in, broken in and running.
