are those "tri-Y" type headers? and are they good for making torque compared to typical headers, where all the tubes terminate in the collector?

nope those are just 4 to 1 headers for like a Mustang... thats what they look like they fit....

your correct... im aparantly not as observant as I thought... can I blame it on my compter?
would the old school tri-y add torque in this application?

This thing is only 9.25/1 comp ratio . It was dynoed with BP 93 fuel...hopefully it'll run on 89 mid grade .
