front tires stick out

i have been trying to find someone who has backhalf a mustang or has a backhalf mustang and the front tires stick out and know what the answer or someone that know the answer to what i need to do to bring the tires in under the fenders. Standing at the back of the car the back tires are in under the car and the front tire are sticking out which looks like shit to me. Has anyone seen a site that talks about this cause i know i can't be the only one cause before i had a backhalf car i have seen cars like this and some that the tires looked fine so any help i will be thankful.

the ones I have seen had the skinny tires on the front with the narrow wheels with very little backspacing the mustang factory wheels has alot of back spacing putting the tire under the fender more. Just my thoughts on it and my 2 cents with ant much'

You will have to get a set of 1" shorter a-arms, and some new front wheels with 2.25" backspace.......this should fix you up for 1.5"+ per side.........and while your at it, you will need new caster/camber plates.

thanks i have the adj upr plates. what rims do you suggest i have weld but they do not offer 2.25 bs

What width/backspace do you have now?

swap those rims for some Weld Alumastar or the like with the 2.25 bs and you will move them in an inch. Get some of the alum lug inserts and 12 pt nuts, cut the studs down 1" and you can loose 10#s of weight also.

you could also use aluminum lug nuts...... cough cough NOT

i hated that look so much on my car too. i think that's the biggest reason i went with a full chassis.LOL. or it could've been the bitch of working on the bbf in a stock 69 mustang.i saw a red nova that was so narrow on the ass it looked like a international cotton picker.LMAO

Great quality. We have them on our car. I would sell the fronts off my car for a price. They are the Hole Stars three piece with upgraded hardware to stainless. I was thinking of going with one of their one-piece wheels on the front. They offer pretty much any backspace but Joe will set you up.

I ended up using adjustable tubular arms and shortening them on mine

This is the best pic that I have but we run factory length a arms and HoleShot wheels. We think they fit nicely.
