Here is the one I modified for the smallblock, note the holes through the firewall behind the tab on the top, I had some steel dowls made that will go through the holes and weld into the cage structure. Just use some bolts to go through and tie it into the midplate.

Anybody got any pics of how you mounted the Lat limiter bars ? This is my first car I'm learning And what about mounting a c6 what mounts are yall using. Thanks for the help I wouldn't b able to build a car without it !

I always leave the midplate in the car.

OK, how are you going to tie in that plate to the dash bar? Similar to your car? I plan to do the same to mine, but my dash bar runs striaght across from a-pillar to a-pillar right behind the instrument cluster...

similar to this...........I ran a bar across to the bars that go forward through the firewall.

I used tubing, hollow in the middle.....lighter by a whole bunch......... Very Happy

Gotcha. This whole time I thought that cross bar was the dash bar. My dash bar doesn't go that far forward. Not sure if the factory brake pedal assembly will allow a bar like that either.
