What, if any, is the difference between a Dura Spark dist, and any other Ford dist? I have a dist we took out of an engine(460), and I don't know whether to throw it away, sell it, or to continue to dust it off from time to time.

The dura spark distributor is the electronic dist. with a magnetic pick up.
Point dizzys were prior
Hall effect and TFI were subsequent.
The duraspark will take the small cap or large with the cap a dapt.
