how much oil?

i currently have a rear sump morosso 8qt pan
it has been working fine
but would it be better to eather do some fabbing on this pan or
get a big truck pan from a 370/420 motor
i think they are 10 qt pans

also i run 10 qt's even tho my pan is a 8qt pan
i was running 2 filters befor
but i am thinking about useing one off the block this time
so should i use 9 qts
and since i am gonna use a 3 qt accumulator
do ya all think this pan would be fine for my deal
pulling truck figure 8000rpm's for about 15-20 sec's
i have a kasse pump

i dont know your windage in your engine, but 8 in the pan,1 in the filter, 3 in the tank,and you better fig 1 for the line,youll be fine, make sure you use a 30pound switch,and a 30 pound sender for warning light

i think i have a 20 pound switch?
it is suppose to shut it down when if falls below 20
i was gonna cut the pan up or use a 10qt truck pan
but i think 13 qts should be fine
