If I go alky would I need to get a larger fuel pump and run larger lines than -8? How are you suppose to size your fuel system for alky? Much different than gas?

I had a magnafuel prostar 500 and the big regulator, kid aint paid for it yet so it could still be for sale lol.

-12 from cell to pump (just used a swivel coupler) -10 from pump to reg, -8 from reg to carb. You can a carb converted if you already have one, the 1050 dommy makes an excellent size.

Largest carb I have right now is a 850dp, Looking into a Phillips suggestion for race gas 1150 or 1250 dominator or one of those SV1 carbs setup for alky from Patrick. What are you going mechanical? I wish that new TF intake would hurry up and come out. I have to buy a carb and have that money set aside.

Jones, get you set-up running on gas first. The 110 vp or sunoco supreme is fine. Stop screwing around or you'll never get it running.........

I am thinking of running e85 on a bracket car. the only problem is that it is not easy to find around a lot of tracks I go to which means that I would have to carry it with me which is not a big deal.

I agree, there is only one place local that sales the stuff. I would just assume pay for race gas or alky than that big headache. Its a hard choice,,,,, race gas or alky scratch
