Bruno correct me if I am wrong but you said sissy stix was for P@^^YS

Bruno I would use alloy steel unless you have a really good welder for stainless, and then I would still use mild steel...

I wouldnt use stainless in that app but i'm sure some do with good success.

Mine came with pins and i just used grade 8 bolts instead. I'm not scared of spinin' a wrench lol.

Are we talking about push/pull pin material, w/b tubing material, or the material the 2 vertical links tying the top/bottom bars together are made of?

I'm pretty sure the strongest locking ball pin shafts are made of aircraft steel & not stainless because they are damn hard to scuff/gouge, but I could be wrong. I would think stainless would be too soft.

after these last passes Dan , i got the suspension all lined out , we up the plate and have increased enought of wheel speed to keep the front end down ....... i think these wheelie bars will atleast increase the value of the car for the next owner
