Found the problem thanks to the service manager at the local ford dealer here in town, it ended up being a freaking dirty / loose connector to the oil pressure sensor on the passenger side valve cover....... Fixed with .10 of dyelectric grease.......

thats why these things are tough to fix over the internet lol. Had one this week come in for a no start......same deal, ICP connector was loose..............guys had been working on it themselves...........anywat water got into the connector and shorted the vref to ground.................truck no run.
You might get a pigtail and replace it, they even has recalls on them way back when............replace many many icp pigtails.
