K member bolt ?

Right now i'm finishing up a 351w for my buddy to go in his fairmont,so he brought over the car and i noticed the k member is missing a bolt on both sides of the lower mounts. He said the guy that put it in said its got 3 bolts on each side it will be fine. Is that nutz or is he right ? this is a drag only car.

I would be willing to be that he couldn't GET the other bolt in. I had trouble with mine but it has two bolts.

I'd try to put the 4th one in. Where is it missing? Is it one of the rears? Those were a pain for me. Those also thread into a nut backing plate and I found that the bolts liked to go back into the same nuts...
