The blocks are 6x6 so the car will sit about 2" lower when i get started on the chassis. Thanks Doug when all done i hope to put the fear in the chevy boys... Twisted Evil

The car sit on P275/60R15 right now but i have the room for some 33.0'' x 16.5'' - 15'' can you say " steam roller " Its going to be a poor man drag car Smile MS 25.4 and twin 75/76mm turbos not need much bigger the cert will only do 7.50 the only thing that going to kill me is the fire suit and safty gear with the meth and turbos i have to setup to a 3-20 suit talk about $$$$ but it all good got to pay to play well im off my soap box ill keep you update. "Poor man drag car" or not, if it's going to be a 25.4 full chassis combo with no factory interior being re-used you might as well chop the siht out of all of the un-necessary factory inner body structure & fit all of the cage as tight to the outer body skin/shell as possible. Then about the only limiting factor on cage width will be the inner door skins. And even then the inner door skins can also be cut back to make the door assemblies even thinner for even more room. But once you reach that point you better be ready to tackle a tough job cuz trimming back the doors is quite involved.

But then less weight & more driver room is always more "gooder". Twisted Evil

Looks good!!

We have a new unmarked cop car in town that is all blacked out. The car is shiny black, tinted windows and then they have the "Police" lettering done in flat black, very stealthy looking (kinda sneaky)!! Not sure if your going for a blacked out look or not, but it may be an option!! Cool

If you completely gut the interior, take everything you can out of the steel doors, make a removable steel front clip with a fiberglass hood and put a fiberglass deck lid on it, you can make 2600# with an iron big block with A460 heads. It can be done, at least, we did...... Idea

Have you thought about stretching the wheelbase/front fenders a little?
