2005 F 250 clutch ??

2005 F 250 clutch ??

My truck has 43,000 miles on it and the clutch is acting up , when i turn the engine up close to 3,000 rpm's and let the clutch out the pedal hangs up and it comes up slow or i have to help it. When im taking it easy and shifting around 2'000 its fine. anyone have any ideas?
