Putting the motor back together, gettign ready to bend up the new roll cage! 1st race for me is late April, so I'm on a good track to be ready.

Hasn't that paint burned off the headers yet? What kind of paint is it (high temperature, heavy duty, ect.)? I'm jealous. Mad

The paint is Imron, been on there for 3 years now. The headers are jacketed, so they run a tad hotter than the engine water temp (160-180). They are burned a tad at the head flange, but it's hard to see that area in the boat.

I figured that the water would help it not chip. Imron's pretty good, its what I painted my f100 frame with. I wish I could paint my headers like what you did with the blue, but I want them grabber green. Crying or Very sad Pretty cool though.
