We were going to go last year but instead we stayed home and worked on the cougar to get it done for the Woodward Cruise. I think you are talking about a diff. event. Jeg's was not at "fords at the Summit". They were at the Nationals running the ProStock circuit. 2 different events entirely.

Yeah that's what I meant. I said the last time I was there. I've only been there once and that was a free event, I wasn't talking about the Fords at the Summit event at all, I've never been to that event before so this will be my first time.

Not looking good.

Gonna be tough at this point...having to get another car for a daily driver now, it's only 400.00 but that's a good chunk of 'traveling money' going out the window....and I'm making that in installments...we'll see.

Not looking good...we've got some cracks appearing in the 2" dropspindles...removing tonite and sending back to mfg to have them recheck/reweld/brace...appreciate the fact that they're standing behind the product. It puts us out of commish for a bit though and that sux.

We're going to try to make it out to run the Q16, but we'll see if we get all our maint. done before saturday.

And where's everybody trying to pit? we aren't going to get there until around 9 saturday, but we are going to try to be somewhere close to the bleachers right at the finish line.

So, we got into the gate found out the vacuum pump was missing the belt and the bracket was not on properly, so we ended up going back home to fix it. we didn't have any spare parts, so we didn't make it back out. Can somebody post the qualifying for the Quick 16? any body know it?

Sorry to hear that. Sad There were a lot of shutdowns saturday, it was raining sunday so we didn't even bother checking out the track. I don't know what the quick 16 were but I know Dano was doing good when I left. Dad was tired and wanted to leave, but I stayed late until about 12.
