this was with my other motor.
a few details
new2460 on May 2nd 2010, 12:09 am
1973 gts .060 460, ported d3 heads w/2.19 1.76 valves, stealth intake, performer rpm cam, 950 holley, hooker headers(they suck), c6 reverse manual valvebody, 4.10 gears, boss 429 hood scoop. ran 13.05 very first run and just kept getting slower. tear it apart and bad cam lobe. now im building a new motor for it.

That's a good run for the first pass,i had a 78 LTDII with a 466 that ran a best of a 13.26 in the 1/4 mile.

fiberglass hood and some bigger slicks

found a fiberglass hood and i put some bigger slick(29.5x10.5)on it, i also put some 31 spline axles. still building my newer 466 heres a few pics(i hope)
